REIUS. advised DLH Real Estate Germany on the sale of a commercial campus in Delmenhorst, Lower Saxony. The commercial campus, located at the corner of Annenheider Straße and Brendelweg, was completed in 2024 and covers nearly 62,000 square meters of land. The total leasable area is approximately 34,000 square meters, divided into logistics, retail, and office space. The buyer is Lagerhome/Greykite (London) in partnership with Troveinvest (Berlin).
