Panattoni is developing two commercial properties with a total rental area of around 46,000 m² on the 82,000 m² site in the new Panattoni Park Lübeck South. 84% of the space has already been let long-term to the medical technology manufacturer Dräger, which will use the southern building as a distribution center.
