In addition to 366 privately financed apartments, the Ipanema residential quarter consists of an office tower, retail and commercial space, and subsidized apartments. The owner is Bayerische Versorgungskammer (Bavarian Pension Chamber), the asset and investment management is provided by Quantum Immobilien AG.
