REIUS. advised GARBE Industrial Real Estate GmbH on a lease agreement with the City of Hanover for a 17,500 sqm logistics property. The new building in the commercial area “Am Pferdemarkt” in Langenhagen will serve the Hanover Fire Department as a logistics location for civil protection. The logistics property is based on a building type that has been realized in Langenhagen for the first time and is characterized, among other things, by a resource-saving construction method.
