REIUS. has advised Fundamenta Group Deutschland AG on the acquisition of 48 rental apartments at Westring 54-58 in Mainz-Mombach from the Mannheim-based Vision Group. The apartments were acquired for the “FG Wohnen Deutschland” portfolio.
