REIUS. advised Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH), a member of the Zech-Group, on the purchase of property in the commercial area GeLo-Park in Boostedt near Neumuenster. DLH is planning to realize approximately 26,200 m² of hall space with office and social areas as well as mezzanine storage space. The property is part of the former Rantzau Barracks.
