REIUS. advised Petrus-Group on the sale of a commercial property at Pennefeldsweg 11-15 in Bonn to Palmira Capital Partners for its fund “Unternehmensimmobilien Club 2 (UIC 2)”. The production property, built in 1984 and extended until 2018 is let to GKN Sinter Metals Components GmbH, which specialises in 3D metal printing processes. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
