REIUS. advises BC Partners on the entry into the German real estate market

REIUS. advised the private-equity-investor BC Partners on the entry into the German real estate market. As the first German investment of its real estate special fund “BC Partners European Real Estate I”, BC Partners has acquired the 4,900 sqm office building Tempelhofer Ufer 1 in Berlin-Kreuzberg from Coros. The building has been refurbished and is fully let, but can be extended by 1,800 m². Further acquisitions of office buildings in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt and Hamburg are planned.
