REIUS. has advised Hamburg Team Investment Management on the acquisition of 53 barrier-free apartments for the Hamburg Team Norddeutsche Wohnwerte fund. The flats are being built in the southern part of the former Bernwardshof order grounds in Hildesheim and are spread over five three-storey buildings. The Bernwardshof residential quarter will comprise a total of around 140 residential units.
