REIUS. advised the large-scale retail property specialist redos Group on the acquisition of the Rheintal Center in Kehl. The purchase was made for the special AIF “Redos Einzelhandel Deutschland III“. Current anchor tenants of the retail park with a lettable area of around 20,000 m² are Kaufland and toom.
