REIUS. advised Catella Residential Investment Management (CRIM) on the acquisitions of the first two properties for a newly launched institutional residential property fund of one of Germany’s largest co-operative banks. With a focus on affordable housing, the fund is to invest at least 300 million euros in German residential real estate over the next two to three years. The first investments are the acquisition of the “Sonnenpark” project development in Leipzig and an existing property in Münster.
