REIUS. has advised the seller in the sale of Wuest shopping center in Brandenburg a.d. Havel to Saller Group. Built in 1992 and renovated in 2019, the center has a total of 38,700 sqm of rental space spread over 47 stores. The anchor tenants include Kaufland, Toom Baumarkt, Modepark Röther, Action, Expert, Intersport as well as Tedi and Deichmann. The seller was advised by Hines as investment manager. Redevco acted as asset and transaction manager.
