REIUS. has advised GARBE Regeneration GmbH on the acquisition of a brownfield site of around 40,000 m² in Bielefeld from thyssenkrupp Materials Services. The property at Arthur-Ladebeck-Straße 144 will continue to be used by materials trader thyssenkrupp Schulte as a distribution location until the end of 2026. Zoning is already in place and there are initial concepts for the development of the brownfield. With this acquisition, GARBE Regeneration is positioning itself on the market just shortly after its launch in August of last year.
