REIUS. has advised Garbe Industrial on a project development in Kamen, in the Unna district. Garbe plans to construct a multifunctional property of around 18,700 sq m on a 27,300 sq m site. The investment volume amounts to approximately EUR 28.5 million. The new building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
