REIUS. advised Catella Investment Management on the acquisition of a residential complex in Fürstenfeldbruck for the open-ended real estate public AIF Catella European Residential (CER). The complex comprises three multi-family buildings dating from 1960. In addition, a four-storey new building is being constructed on the site, scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.
