REIUS. has advised the investment and asset manager Captiva on the acquisition of a newly built portfolio comprising five locations. The main tenant at each site is REWE. The properties together offer a total lettable area of approximately 21,500 m² and are located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony. The total investment volume amounts to around EUR 65 million. The first store has already been opened and handed over, with the remaining openings scheduled to take place successively until the end of 2026.
