REIUS. has advised Sicore Real Assets on the acquisition of a nearly completed residential building with a daycare center in Bremen-Walle from the developer CS Bauprojekt for its social real estate fund. The approximately 3,000 m², four-story property at Waller Heerstraße 207 comprises 28 apartments with a total of approximately 2,000 m² of residential space.
