REIUS. has advised a property company belonging to HLG Real Estate on the sale of a student housing project in the ‘Blue Gate’ at Aachen Central Station to a joint venture between Ardian and Rockfield Real Estate. The project comprises a student residence with 300 student apartments and 2,200 m² of commercial space. Completion is scheduled for summer 2026, so that occupancy can take place in the 2026/27 winter semester.
