REIUS. has advised Berlin-based Catella Investment Management GmbH (CIM) on the acquisition of two newly completed residential developments in Hanover. The transaction was carried out for a separate account mandate and, together with the investment management platform Catella Real Estate AG (CREAG), for the Catella European Residential fund. The seller is PHI Kronsrode Grundstücks GmbH. The total acquisition volume exceeds EUR 50 million.
