REIUS. has advised the Pro Invest Group on a project development near Ravensburg. On a 3-hectare former hospital site in Weingarten, Baden-Wurttemberg, the project developer Pro Invest plans to build approximately 190 residential units along with commercial spaces.
The municipal council of the city of Weingarten has paved the way for this by adopting the resolution on the development plan. The Pro Invest Group from Ulm intends to transform the former 14 Nothelfer Hospital site on Ravensburger Straße into a residential and commercial quarter in three construction phases.
