REIUS. advised HAMBURG TEAM Investment Management on the acquisition of two projected residential complexes in Duesseldorf and Nuremberg for the AIF “HAMBURG TEAM Urbane WohnWerte II”. Seller of both assets is the project and area developer BPD Immobilienentwicklungs GmbH with its main seat in Frankfurt am Main. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
