REIUS. advised Apollo-Rida, a joint venture of Ares Management and Rida Development, on the sale of the former Kaufhof building in Osnabrück with approximately 20,000 square metres of floor space. The buyer is a company of the Imvest Group from Hamburg. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
