REIUS. has advised Catella Investment Management (CIM) on the acquisition of a residential building project in Bamberg as part of an individual mandate. The seller is Instone Real Estate, a residential developer operating throughout Germany. The two planned buildings comprise 2,370 square meters of living space and 583 square meters of commercial space on the first floors. The 35 planned residential units are divided into 17 two-bedroom and 18 three-bedroom apartments. Planning permission has already been granted and construction is scheduled to start in early 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
