REIUS. advised the M\u00fcnster-based project developer HLG Real Estate on the acquisition of the \u201cBlue Gate\u201d project in Aachen. HLG Real Estate will continue and complete the project, which is prominently located in the immediate vicinity of Aachen’s main train station. The purchase was made out of insolvency. The economic transfer of ownership took place this week. HLG Real Estate and the insolvency administrator Dr. Philipp Hackl\u00e4nder of White & Case have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
