REIUS. advised Catella Residential Investment Management on the acquisition of a newly erected building with 177 fully furnished student apartments in Leipzig for the fund \u201cCatella European Residential III (CER III)\u201d from the Hamburg-based family office Drengenberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besides the student apartments, the object comprises a retail area located on the ground floor which is let to a discounter-supermarket, as well as 65 parking spaces.  The object has been erected in accordance with the KfW-55-standard and has been completed in the third quarter of  2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
