REIUS. has advised Garbe on the acquisition of a 420,000 m\u00b2 site in Fehrbellin in Brandenburg, on which a logistics center with a total area of around 270,000 m\u00b2 will be built. Garbe estimates the investment volume at approx. 290 million euros. It will take until the fourth quarter of 2027 for construction to begin, after securing zoning rights and following the external development of the property. Large-scale logistics facilities are planned on the site, which according to Garbe will be the “largest project development in the company’s history”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
