REIUS. advised DATA CASTLE, a joint venture between US investment fund manager TPG Angelo Gordon and Munich-based DCD Data Center Developers, on the acquisition of a site in Berlin-Spandau. On the property which was sold by Invesco Real Estate and Kauri Cab, DATA CASTLE will develop a data center with a network connection capacity of 40 MVA. The general contractor for the planning and construction works is Data Center Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
