The seller of the ensemble is BMF Immobilien from Flensburg. The building is fully leased for the long term. It will be complemented by a new building on the neighboring property at Geniner Stra\u00dfe 66\/66a, where a 775 m\u00b2 office building is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
