REIUS. advised Captiva Investment Management on the acquisition of the health care and service center \u201eMedical Cube\u201c in Rosenheim, Bavaria, for the special fund \u201cCaptiva Gesundheitsimmobilien Deutschland 2\u201d. The property is a distinctive, newly built ensemble with high visibility in a central downtown location. The ensemble was completed in 2021 and consists of a medical center and a medical service center, which are connected via a shared parking garage. In total, the properties have a leasable area of approx. 11,340 sqm and 198 parking spaces in the parking garage. The seller of the property in the MedicalCube Group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
