Angelo Gordon acquires the asset in a joint venture with Sonar Real Estate. Seller is WALTER Beteiligungen und Immobilien AG. The asset consists of three buildings with a total of 13,000 square meters lettable area, 200 parking and 125 bicycle spaces.
