REIUS. advised Angelo Gordon on the acquisition of the multi-tenant-property \u201cLAN 131\u201d in Berlin-Lichtenberg. Angelo Gordon acquires the asset in a joint venture with Sonar Real Estate. Seller is WALTER Beteiligungen und Immobilien AG. The asset consists of three buildings with a total of 13,000 square meters lettable area, 200 parking and 125 bicycle spaces. The joint venture partners plan to construct another building on the property, providing an additional 3,200 square meters of gross floor space which is set to be completed in Q3-2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
