Seller is a joint venture between GAMMA IMMOBILIEN- Besitz und Beteiligungs-GmbH and AKTIVA Bautr\u00e4ger GmbH. The residential property fund which is focussed on affordable housing in Germany is set to invest 300 million Euros in the next two to three years.
