The purchase is being made by way of share deals. The sellers are Imfarr Beteiligung GmbH and SN Beteiligungen Holding AG. The purchase price amounts to approximately EUR 54,000 with simultaneous assumption of the proportionate loan liabilities in the amount of approximately EUR 210 million. The property offers potential for the development of a total of approximately 320,000 sqm of floor space.
