REIUS. advised Gateway Real Estate AG on the acquisition of a property for predominantly residential development in Leipzig. The purchase is being made by way of share deals. The sellers are Imfarr Beteiligung GmbH and SN Beteiligungen Holding AG. The purchase price amounts to approximately EUR 54,000 with simultaneous assumption of the proportionate loan liabilities in the amount of approximately EUR 210 million. The property offers potential for the development of a total of approximately 320,000 sqm of floor space. The closing of the share purchase is still subject to conditions precedent and is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022 at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
