REIUS. advised the redos Group, which specializes in large-scale retail properties, on the acquisition of the \u00c4ppelallee Center in Wiesbaden. The purchase was made for the special AIF \u201cRedos Einzelhandel Deutschland III\u201c. The seller of the retail park with a lettable area of around 26,000 m\u00b2 is the special AIF \u201cPradera Open Ended Retail Fund\u201d. Current anchor tenants are real and Media Markt. The almost fully leased center has a total of 38 rental units. The property comprises around 69,500 m\u00b2 of land and parking spaces for around 1,160 cars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
