REIUS. advised a joint venture between redos real estate GmbH and Madison International Reality on the sale of the shopping centre \u201cKaufpark Nickern\u201d in Dresden. The investor Kurt Krieger acquired the shopping centre with a rental area of more than 56,000 sqm and about 4.5m visitors. The property was part of the Christie portfolio that comprises three further hybrid shopping centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
