REIUS. advised Fundamenta Group Deutschland AG on the acquisition of a residential and commercial property in Bonn Bad Godesberg with a total lettable area of approx. 7,700 m² consisting of 47 flats (approx. 4,000 m²) and 13 commercial units (approx. 3,700 m²) for its fund „FG Wohninvest Deutschland S.C.S. SICAV-SIF“. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
